B+Boy Productions is pleased to announce the completion of NOVEMBER SON. A sequel to the popular cult gay thriller OCTOBER MOON (2005), NOVEMBER SON picks up two years after an obsession between three gay men resulted in several deaths. The survivors - Emily (Judith O'Dea - NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD), Nancy (Brinke Stevens - NAKED GUN), Marti (Tina Ona Paukstelis - THE LEGEND TRIP), and Maggie (Darcey Vanderhoef - BAD MOVIE POLICE #1) - are now wandering aimlessly through life, trying to make sense of the crimes. When a handsome gay man (musician Sacha Sacket), his father (Lloyd Pedersen - UNSOLVED MYSTERIES) and mother (Debbie Rochon - AMERICAN NIGHTMARE) enter their lives, a psychological breakdown and bloody mayhem begin anew, and bring back flesh rotting memories of Elliot (Jerod Howard - HOME ALONE 3), Corin (Sean Michael Lambrecht - STILL LIFE) and Jake (Jeff Dylan Graham - THE DUNWICH HORROR).
We are now accepting bookings for special screening events of NOVEMBER SON and its predecessor OCTOBER MOON around the nation beginning July 11, 2008 and running until November 30, 2008. Events and venues we recommend are film festivals, theaters, universities, and bars/nightclubs with a large number of TV monitors and/or projection screens with an excellent sound system (to accompany the 5.1 Surround Sound mix), plus other gay-friendly establishments.
Some events may be attended by members of the cast and crew (schedules and weather permitting). At some of these events we recommend drink and food specials for your customers, such as NOVEMBER SON and OCTOBER MOON martinis, cookies, soups and more. (We'll give you our secret recipes.) We will supply you with full-color posters for your establishment, plus additional copies to be placed around local campuses, coffee shops, bars, bookstores and other gay-friendly establishments.
NOVEMBER SON (unrated) runs 1 hour, 44 minutes and contains adult language and violence. OCTOBER MOON (unrated) runs 1 hour, 52 minutes and contains adult language, horror violence and brief male nudity. Both features are only available for projection from a DVD or VHS. We currently do not have 16mm or 35mm film prints available. Prices and deals for exhibiting OCTOBER MOON at your university, bar, etc. are negotiable. Any profits made on beverages, food, etc. is entirely yours. We will work with establishments looking to use the screenings for charity events.
